Professionally, I’ve worn a lot of hats — bank teller, cocktail waitress, secretary for the Department of Defense, loan partner, technology sales rep, etc.
For years, I believed I was just a Jill of all trades, master of none.
But over time, I realized: I wasn’t flaky. I was in training.
Entrepreneurship gave all those roles meaning. With every venture I launched, I gained more confidence. My ability to pivot, adapt, and grow in any setting wasn’t a weakness, it was my superpower. And it’s now how I help other business owners succeed.
Today, I run NOVA Business Agency, providing branding, operations and strategy for local small businesses that want to make sure they are conveying their true value to customers while taking care of them in the best way possible… and never leaving money on the table.
I’m a mom of two teenage boys (16 & 14), have been with my husband since last century (we met in 1999!), and live just outside Washington, DC with our two doggos. 🐾
