Join a small group of thoughtful DMV business owners for a cozy, hands-on afternoon of writing cards to your current, past and future clients.
Everything is provided.
Choose your bundle of 24, 48, 72 or 96 cards, then pick from a curated mix of Thanksgiving gratitude cards, end-of-year blessings cards and New Year's cards.
Envelopes and stamps are included, and you'll get a set of ready-made phrases so you're never stuck staring at a blank card.
Sip seasonal drinks, enjoy small bites, swap ideas with other business owners, and walk out with your cards sealed, stamped and ready to mail. Your clients get a handwritten card from you in a season full of emails. You get a relationship that stays warm all year.

What to bring:
• Your client list with mailing addresses (printed, on a laptop, or pre-printed address labels to save time)
• Notes on each key client: a win you shared or a detail you remember
Tip for attendees with 72 or 96 cards: pre-printed address labels are strongly recommended. Anything not finished at the table goes home with a stamped, ready-to-finish kit.
Workshop Agenda (2.5 hours)
3:00 — Drinks, bites, name tags, pick up your bundle.
3:15 — Introduction by NOVA Business Agency
3:30 — Writing session, round one. Use the phrase guide, add one personal line per card.
4:25 — Stretch & share share a favorite line or a client story.
4:35 — Writing session, round two. Finish, address, stamp and seal.
5:15 — Wrap-up. Group photo and place cards into the mail bin.
