Day 116: Step by Step

Nothing like putting together a promo reel for the Activating Audacity Small Group Program (starts January 19) to feel really proud of myself and the progress that I’ve made over the past decade+.

My mentoring helps clients focus on their strengths, not constantly trying to improve their weaknesses. Entrepreneurs default to that line of thinking so much. Present company included.

I should be my own client. But instead, I get caught up in all the work that’s left to do. And trying to convince myself that I can control every aspect of my business if I “just try hard enough”.

The visibility.

The fine tuning.

The back-end systems.

The legal shmegal crap.

Insurance.

Bookkeeper.

CPA.

Sales.

Lead Gen.

It’s all so much.

I think what I love the most about my partnership with Carin is that she is so good at the things I don’t have the capacity for. Or, the things I’m weakest at. Together we are unstoppable and our work together is giving me so much confidence to take more steps towards the impact and service I’m supposed to provide.
