Day 178: Health Update

Tomorrow morning Carin and I are recording an interview style episode featuring our presentations for the summit. We have to record 2 episodes tomorrow so I can have them both ready to go before the retreat.

My lists have lists. I’m in a great mood but think I must have had gluten because my body has really been hurting and sluggish today. I ate out 4 times this week which is nuts. I’m 99% sure the meal on Monday was gf and df. Pretty sure Tuesday too. But Wednesday I had a salad that might have had dairy in the dressing. And yesterday’s Olive Garden pasta might have had gluten. It tastes too real to actually be gluten free.

I had it a couple weeks ago too but ended up having dairy (intentionally) that night and the joint pain/sluggishness was similar to today. It will be interesting to see what my blood work comes back with when I get it tested again.

My brain’s been pretty good so I can’t complain too much.

I will say that improving my health so much with the diet changes has been a 180. I knew how crappy I felt but I didn’t realize how much better I could feel.

If you arent feeling well physically, or mentally, maybe take some steps to feel better. I still need to incorporate exercise but am not pressuring myself too much. Once the weather gets nicer and now with the longer days, it’ll be easier to do.
