Day 87: Q1 Planning Workshop Recap

Our Q1 workshop today went really well!

This is the second quarterly planning session that we’ve held for the Success Secret Society members.

During our first one we asked for feedback. One member said she would have preferred to receive some of the revenue questions in advance so she could prepare better. Another one shared that because of significant life changes she was having a difficult time focusing on just business strategy.

With this feedback we provided a pre-planning worksheet via email on Monday. And we tweaked the workshop to include our personal life’s impacts on business too. We also determined that instead of ping ponging between Carin and me during the whole workshop I would lead the first half which was mostly reflection and mindset with her covering the second half which was goal setting and strategy.

Like I said, it went really well!

I’m excited to see how our third one can be better. It’s difficult to imagine having a bigger group because there will be less sharing but we know that it will be a good problem to have.
