On September 16, 2025 I challenged myself to write and publish a post every day for a minimum of 365 days straight.
Because I live just outside of Washington DC I add “tags” and “categories” to help search by subject since this dystopian era will likely result in a wide and wild range of entries.
Entries are about mindset, productivity, ADHD, visibility, entrepreneurship, etc.
To my core I’m a champion for women entrepreneurs empowering themselves through prioritizing themselves. I’ve founded and run multiple businesses focusing on these women.
Having been conditioned to sit down and shut up publishing daily feels intimidating. The audacity to believe that I can speak freely, or what I have to say might matter, goes against what was imparted on me as acceptable.

Each December I determine my word for the year. It’s usually a download I get from the universe but in 2023 my creativity was fried and it took some prompting.
