Day 113: Small Group Program

What a freaking day! Carin and I have welcomed 15 people into our free online community. I couldn’t be more thrilled with the progress.

We recorded a welcome video (nerd alert: the raw cut was over 17 minutes and I got it right under 10) before our monthly hot seat coaching call for the Success Secret Society members.

I absolutely love those calls. We also have an intention setting call on the 4th Wednesday evening of the month, which is fulfilling, but this one hits different. There’s something special about us focused on getting our members to optimize their offers, streamline their systems, review landing pages, etc. My brain likes it!

One of our members sent out a newsletter today and her word of the year is audacity and she also had a couple other grounding words, one of which I considered as my WOTY. I quickly responded to her and told her I LOVE audacity! I also shared that I’ve been jotting down either book titles, chapter headings, or group program names and one of them is Activating Audacity.

While in the shower it all clicked. I literally got so excited I started jumping up and down. To the best of my knowledge that hasn’t happened to me yet. Sometimes I’ll talk out loud or bust out in song, but to physically start bouncing: it was wild. It had to be related to the Bending Reality book. It kind of felt like I was trying to kick start all of my cells.

Whatever, I’m going with it.

I shared on our call about the group program I’m going to run. Like I said, it all just clicked. And “all” is me feverishly coming up with a wireframe when I was getting my hair done before the 40/40 photo shoot. I had it mapped out. 6 weeks. Starting in January. 2 different cohorts. Small group (originally I thought up to 8 but that’s too much). 1.5 hours each session.

I have the themes and can mold them into the Activating Audacity mission. So. Flipping. Exciting.
