Day 173: It’s Alive…Maybe

Carin and I have worked our faces off this weekend to finalize everything for the summit.

I got the drives set up for the speakers with all their assets.

Carin created the landing page and community.

It’s so wild to see it all coming to fruition.

I can’t wait to see the speakers post and tag us!

We are doing things in an unorthodox way of dropping all the presentations at the same time on the morning of summit day. Then we will meet at 9 am and 3 pm EST to chat with anyone who has questions.

It’s all data, right? We’ve said that in the past 2 podcast recordings.

Succeed, fail, move the needle, fall back, stay in the same spot: It’s all data.

As with all things, I think we got these tasks completed too late to promote effectively… but instead of being upset or worried about it: I think it’s pointing towards the fact that we are able to produce an awesome and amazing product in such a short amount of time.

It will all work out as it should.

And now…I can focus on my pre-retreat work. I can’t believe how much there is to be done for that. It makes me nervous. The timing to do it was right but I really didn’t think there would be so much leading up to the retreat. God bless my “Marcia vision” as Ryan calls it. ie my inability to see what’s right in front of me and always assume the best. Hopefully tomorrow is pretty quiet now that all the summit Speakers have their details and I can get focused on my assignments. Remember when I used to be bored? …
